Gait Analysis
Gait analysis is a highly informative and detailed evaluation that provides an accurate insight into an individual’s posture and the way they walk.
This particular evaluation can help identify a wide array of potential issues, from muscle and nerve problems to skeletal issues. It allows medical professionals to detect the source of pain or discomfort felt by a patient when standing or walking.
The primary goal of gait analysis is to improve overall mobility and reduce pain or discomfort during movement. Through detailed observation, we are able to identify specific abnormalities or deviations in a patient’s gait, providing insight into the underlying issues that may be contributing to their discomfort.
The results of a gait analysis can be used to create a personalised treatment plan that addresses the individual’s unique needs and goals.
The following fees are applicable to physiotherapy patients paying by cash, card or BACS on the day of their treatment.
